Chris Gibson´s Acne Free In 3 Days has certainly raised a lot of interest on the internet recently. Many people though it was a scam while others swear that it works really well to get rid of acne naturally. I was curious and purchased it to check it out myself and here are my thoughts about Chris´s natural acne guide.

Well, simply put it, it works. The techniques that Chris illustrates in his guide are pretty similar to what I have done when I got my acne problems.
The basic premise is to go on a 3 day detox cure. Chris provides full instructions on how to do that in his guide and he also recommends several natural acne topical treatment products to help you get rid of the toxins in your body faster.
The guide stands at only about 60 pages and although it is a short read, it clearly makes it up by providing factual and actionable instructions. It does not go into the theories of how acne are formed and all that medical jargon. The guide is simple and easy to read.
So are there any disadvantages with this guide?
The biggest downside of Acne Free In 3 Days is that because of its short length, many people think it does not work. Although the steps outlined in Chris´s guide are detailed, many people won´t even try it because of its lack of depth. That is probably why some people claims it will not work to get rid of acne naturally.
The guide also provides very little information on how to remain acne free after going through his 3 day detox program. I suppose some information on the type of foods to avoid and the kind of lifestyle you should adopt would be helpful.
Nevertheless, the guide does accomplish what it says it can do and that is cure acne in 3 days. I let my younger sister tried it and her acne has cleared up quite nicely after 3 days. It was pretty amazing because she has spend a lot of money on acne products and none has quite a dramatic effect on her skin as Acne Free In 3 Days.
