Exfoliation will also help if you do it once a week. This gets rid of dead skin cells. A great exfoliation to use is sugar scrub. Do this in the shower.

Treating back acne can be difficult to deal with but it is good for your self esteem to treat it. It is not good also because it will leave terrible scarring that is hard to live and deal with.
