External: developmental disorders of the eye include micropthalmia. For the ears, the absence or having small external auditory canals, micropinna, and anotia have been documented. Dysmorphia, indicated by structural defects in the face and cleft palate.

Internal: cranial nerve deficit, malformation of the cerebellum, microcephaly, parathyroid hormone deficiency, as well as thymus gland, cardiovascular, and cerebral abnormalities, just to name a few. Death has been reported as well together with the above mentioned abnormalities.
