If you want to fight the effects age has on you, then add the following foods to your diet:

Citrus and Oranges
All citrus fruits contain high amounts of vitamin C. Vitamin C is one of the best products out there as it literally seals up the wrinkles and cracks in your skin. Topical vitamin C has long been used in anti-aging creams. However, you must be able to heal from within and eating oranges will give you a big dose of vitamin C

Walnuts
Walnuts are full of antioxidants. Which can make them great suppliers of cancer fighting compounds. They not only interfere with skin cancer development, but they also fight discoloration and other environmental weathering.

Green tea
Another good source of antioxidants is green tea.

Almonds
Almonds and almond oil contain large amounts of vitamin E. Scars and stretch marks will be diminished when applying vitamin E topically. It can also fade away age spots. However, if you take vitamin E internally it will help to prevent these marks before they even start to form.

(Note: if you are about to have surgery, ask your doctor about the appropriate amount of vitamin E for your diet. Sometimes people will bleed more when taking a lot of vitamin E, so you might want to stop taking it during this time)
