Lately, all I hear about is Burts Bees. It actually started over a year ago. All my friends and family were requesting Burts Bees products for Christmas. I had no idea what was so great about it, so I just got everyone other kinds of organic cosmetics that I was familiar with. Once I bought the gifts it never crossed my mind again.
Nevertheless, Burts Bees is once again all the talk. The product is being used to promote charitable work. Salons are running contests for services using Burts Bees. Clearly, I have missed something. I thought its about time I catch up. I planned on learning everything I could about Burts Bees.
Well, it turns out I was really missing out on a lot. The people who make Burts Bees believe that your well being is totally affected by the beauty products you use everyday. All of Burts Bees products are made with this in mind.
The following is what Burts Bees products can make you feel good about:
• Taking great care of your skin
• Investing in environmentally safe products
• Buying products from producer that puts “the Greater Good” first
This sounds great, but kind of vague. I had two questions:
1. Does it actually work?
2. Is “the Greater Good” and organization?
The answer to number 1 is:
Well this product stands up to its word. Your skin will be softer and firmer when you use any Burts Bees product. In fact, their anti-aging kits are phenomenal. I will say though that they seem to focus more on prevention and care than on actual repair. I personally would only use Burts Bees moisturizers if I had seriously weathered skin.
Answer number 2:
Burts Bees “Greater Good” generally uses a coalition of practices to help the consumer and the environment. Burts Bees focuses on and promotes environmental awareness and aid programs. The employees are always happy. Burts Bees want to help their customers so they have created a great customer service team.
Based on this information, you can see why I’m very happy that I am no longer missing out. I recommend the anti-aging products to anyone. The “kits” are so much fun and can make very nice economical gifts that you know will be used. I have to say it: Burts Bees Greater Good is definitely good for me.
