Acne or sometimes known as Zits may be a menace to people who suffer from this condition but that does not mean it’s something that cannot be tackled. As this is a skin complaint that has affected so many people over time, it is not surprising that a great deal of money has been spent on skin care treatments.

You should start using a very small amount of benzoyl peroxide, in fact stay below 5%. This is quite normal, however, if it is proving to be a problem then consult with your doctor, or skin care specialist.

There are benefits of seeing your doctor or dermatologist, they can prescribe you with a prescription for treatments not available over the counter, for example a course of antibiotics. Your doctor can recommend that in order to extract the contents of the pustules that a small surgical procedure could be carried out.

Your doctor can advice you on what type of hormone therapy that may work for skin care remedies. Which means that you do not have to suffer with this problem anymore.
